Draft privacy notice — personalise and obtain POPIA review before launching publicly.

What ZADZO collects

Registration name, email and hashed password; optional city and biography; listings/photos; internal messages; saved items; moderation reports; IP-related abuse-control hashes; promotion and account review requests. We do not intentionally request national ID numbers or card credentials in the v1 forms.

How information is used

Account operation, publication of your chosen listing details, messaging, site security, platform moderation and account support. Email addresses are not displayed publicly by the application.

Sharing and retention

Seller display names, listing content and listing locations are public. Messages are available to their participants and may be subject to lawful requests. Server and hosting providers may process information. A defined records-retention schedule and cross-border transfer assessment must be established before launch.

Your choices

Request access, correction, objection or deletion by contacting support@example.com. Technical and legal constraints may affect immediate deletion of transaction-related or abuse records. Direct marketing is not switched on in v1.

Security

The site uses password hashing, session protection and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The organisation must appoint/register an Information Officer as applicable and maintain its POPIA governance.
