Terms of use
Draft operating terms — review with South African legal counsel before public launch.
1. Platform role
ZADZO is an online listing and introduction platform. In v1, users arrange, pay for and fulfil transactions independently. ZADZO is not a party to those sales and does not act as an escrow service, payment intermediary or guarantor.
2. Listings and conduct
Users must be adults with legal capacity and may only post authentic, lawful products and services that they are authorised to offer. No illegal items, counterfeit goods, deceptive offers, restricted weapons, prohibited substances, exploitative services, unsolicited advertising or fraudulent messages. ZADZO may review, reject or remove content.
3. Optional promotions
Boost, Spotlight and Pro are optional pilot offers. Requests do not constitute payment or automatic activation. Once funds are independently confirmed, the operator may activate the purchased duration; specific refund and cancellation conditions must be agreed and published before accepting money.
4. User responsibility
Inspect goods, check service qualifications and verify the other party. Do not assume that a reviewed-profile badge guarantees reliability. Report suspected fraud promptly.
5. Policies under development
Final merchant identity, consumer rights, prohibited-category, intellectual-property, liability, complaints and dispute policies require legal approval before public launch.
